The state of housing in the United States is at a critical tipping point. Millions of Americans can’t afford housing with broad, long-term impacts for working families. We are working together to solve the issue of housing affordability by building homes that put innovative solutions into practice. This partnership strives to connect more Utahns to housing as we know that accessibility to affordable options strengthens our communities – it decreases childhood poverty, improves educational and health outcomes and increases economic mobility.
Call to Action Foundation
The Call to Action Foundation is a private operating foundation dedicated to increasing access to affordable housing and education for underserved communities throughout the West and Midwest. Since 2022, we have invested more than 80 million dollars to help preserve and secure safe affordable housing for working families and seniors in our region. FJ Management’s subsidiary companies fund the mission of the foundation, including Maverik and Big West Oil.
Ivory Innovations
Ivory Innovations is dedicated to catalyzing innovative solutions in housing affordability. We work with students, entrepreneurs, and experts to source, support, and scale the most compelling housing solutions through the Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability and Hack-A-House. In Utah, we put innovation into practice through our development of hundreds of affordable housing units each year.
