Located in the northwest section of Ivory Homes Holbrook Farms subdivision with direct access to Redwood Road and within a 3-minute drive to I-15.

The project will include two types of structures, tandem parked housing, a townhome style structure designed to allow smaller widths but still provide large living areas, and back-to-back structures which allows for two townhome buildings to be combined through a long common wall.
